Obsidn Technologies Ltd provides bespoke AI tooling, custom systems architecture, workflow automation, and related consulting services as scoped in a project agreement or statement of work.
Upon full payment, we assign to you all intellectual property rights in the deliverables we create for you, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries we own (which remain our IP, licensed for use with the deliverables).
You agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, information, and decision-making to enable us to perform the services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidn Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
